No matter what age you are, or what level of musical experience you have, The Merriam School of Music has a program and lesson format for you. Read on to see what is of most interest and best suited to your needs.
The Merriam School of Music Keyfest Group Programs focus on areas of child development that move well beyond the scope of musical literacy. More importantly though, kids don’t realize they’re developing because they’re having too much FUN!
Music is COOL! As children grow into teens, peer recognition, relevancy and accomplishment become the motivators for success and engagement. Whatever your teen’s interest is - playing in a rock band, performing on stage in a musical theatre production – we have specially designed teen programs staffed with faculty who can relate to and motivate even the toughest teen!
Our Keyfest Curriculum is adapted by adult-focused teachers whose skill at understanding and meeting the needs of the adult learner make even the most skeptical comfortable. Think it’s too late for you?
Do the kids need something to do over the summer? Looking to introduce them to music or want to avoid the need to review what they learned in the spring upon returning to music lessons in the fall? The Merriam School of Music Summer Programs are just the answer.
