Online Exam Application (Exam stream)

***ATTENTION*** This form is only for Exam Stream students. If you are unsure whether you qualify for this form please call the school at 905-829-2020.

Application Deadline for June Session is Wednesday February 29th @ 9:00pm.

Late paper applications will be accepted up to two week after the deadline.

Please select the level for which you are applying. Please note that prices include taxes and the exam review package. * Not Applicable for flute, trumpet, clarinet, alto saxophone and tenor saxophone. There is only one exam for these levels for these instruments.
Scheduling Preference:
Session Information:
Exams are approximately 1 hour in length. Your exam will be scheduled within your time preference. Please note that scheduling is less flexible for students for non-piano exams; time restrictions may apply.

Exam Review Package Information:
These packages include a review of sight, ear and reading exercises, written theory, history and composition assignments along with CD accompaniment (floppy disk accompaniment is available upon request for piano exams). The review package should have already been given to you by your teacher. Please contact the exam team at exams@merriammusic.com if you did not receive one.

Special Needs Requests:
There are provisions for students with Special Needs (e.g. hearing or visually impaired). Requests for special needs must be submitted in writing to the school. Please call in advance for details.

2) Changes to the day or time of the examination are not permitted once the examination has been scheduled. Once you have signed up for a particular session, you cannot switch to another session.
