Rock Band Camp - Get ready to perform in your very own Rock Band! Learn how to perform songs in the styles of rock, funk, blues, punk and metal. Additional activities include master classes with Merriam Music teachers, lessons in learning the 12-bar blues, tricks to soloing and developing a stronger technical foundation.  Campers will work toward a final performance Friday afternoons so be sure to invite family and friends to watch you play in a band!

Pre-requisites: Open to Guitar (electric,) Bass, Piano, Drums and Voice

Ages 9-17 and 2 years minimum of experience on your chosen instrument

Rock Band 2.0 - This camp will have a substantially different approach to the traditional Rock Band Camp, and is targeted for more advanced players looking to develop arranging skills and technical knowledge to bring their playing to a new level!  Campers will benefit from instrument specific master classes with Merriam Music Faculty members to enhance knowledge and understanding of playing and performing.

Pre-requisites: Open to Guitar (electric), Bass, Drums, Piano and Voice

Ages 13-17 and 2 years Rock Band Camp or 4 years minimum of experience on your chosen instrument

Location: Oakville Campus only for both camps
